Cannot customise supplier remittance advice in Accounts Hosted

I've been trying to customise the supplier remittance advice but when I add text boxes they are not appearing in the preview and hence not printing either.

    You have to make a duplicate to create your own, and one thing I noticed is that when you go into the supplier remittance to print, at the top, make sure you select YOUR newly created copy of the remittance, it doesn't appear to save as a default so you have to select it each time then do a print preview to see if it comes up with your created remittance.  I noticed myself that my own new copy didn't work until I realized I had to select that one each time.  I hope that's the problem you mean and it works for you, if not, just wait to see what someone else suggests.  Cheers, Priscilla

    I have made a duplicate and I have noticed that the original keeps coming up but unfortunately, that is not the problem.

    With the duplicate one I have created, I have put in my own text boxes with additional information I want on the remittance but they are not appearing when I print it.  I've just gone back and checked again and they are there in the Layout Designer but not in the preview.  Not sure what to do...

    In your "additional customization" tab at the bottom (near layout designer) under the header, columns, footer tabs, are they all ticked under "print" ?

    I usually use one of those header/column boxes that I don't need and turn it into something I do need, re-label it as something else but make sure it's ticked to print. You might have to delete those boxes you added and do it that way. Hope that helps :)

    Interested to see if it works, it's a painful process but I guess it's worth it in the long run to have all your invoices/remittances etc matching :)

    Hi Larissa

    Definately an issue, anything you add to a template via layout, data field or text box should print.  Just tested 2015 upgrade and it doesn't work, get onto tech support they may have a fix for the next update.  Ask them to post her when fixed.
