Cannot delete ABN registration

Hi Rav,

is it possible for you to either delete
1) my ABN registration all together or
2) a dummy employee I have created

I have a dummy employee that I can't delete so I would prefer to start again rather than have an argument with the ATO at the end of the year as to how many employees I have.

You will not have an argument. Terminate the employee.

It's a dummy user that has a payment summary recorded against them which I cannot change. Even if somehow work out how to terminate this dummy user how can I be certain Reckon will not submit the payment summary for this dummy user to the ATO.

Reckon doesn't submit anything. You do that on your own

Hi Grant,
I can only delete your ABN registration if you haven't made any submissions to the ATO (regardless if they were successful or not).

If you haven't made any submissions, can you let me know your ABN and also confirm if the email address for your app account is the same email address registered to your app account.

If you have sent a submission, I'd recommend adding a end date to this employee in their profile.

Hi Grant,
I've deleted the ABN registration from the app.
If you're still logged in, please logout and close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

Give it a couple of minutes and then log back in. The app will ask you to register your ABN again and go through setup. You will have a new Software ID in the app which will need to be registered with the ATO.
