Cannot delete my account and personal info - Reckon One

I signed up for a trial of Reckon One and have deactivated my account but I am unable to delete the account.
I would like to request deletion of my account as you have my credit card details and want to ensure account is deleted and my personal information is no longer stored on your servers.

Please advise.
