I am using Reckon Hosted. This morning I could download .aba files, and spreadsheets with no worries. Now nothing happens - I just get a message at the bottom of the screen "establishing secure connection".
Hi Wendy, Can you please logout of Reckon Accounts Hosted by going through File > Exit in your file and then use the logout option in the top right corner. Close your browser and then retry in 2-3 minutes. Is the same thing occurring for you after this?
