Cannot edit account details - RAPP 2018 R1

I have an account (a credit card) in Personal Plus 2018 for which I cannot change the "Financial Institution" or the "Account Number" fields. Those fields are greyed out and cannot be edited.
I can change these fields for all other accounts, but not for this one. The only difference I can see is the that problem account is flagged as "Activated" under Online Services in the Account List, but I can't see any way of "de-activating" it.
How can I update these details for this account?
