Cannot export report

Since the latest update I am unable to export a report in excel format in Accounts Hosted.  Getting the following error "This file is not in a recongnizable format", see image.  I have also tried to email it to myself but the file is in the never ending building file process, over 15 minutes wait with no result, so have to logout in the control panel.

Are you exporting in .xslx format?

If so, can you export in .xls format and confirm the export proceeds successfully.

Thank you Rav, eventually got there.  Was exporting to an existing file and had to go back and load the file path again. 

Just on another note when I tried emailing the report and it was forever building, I eventually tried ALT+Page Up and it bought up the email address box which must have been hidden in the background.  It usually only hides in the background if you press any other buttons but I had definately not pressed on anything after the email (report in excel) button.

Hi Kerrie,
I too find the report temperamental and slow when exporting large files but they usually work in the end. Your point about the email box being hidden behind the building box is infuriating and should be an easy fix.
