Cannot get into session. Keep getting "Gateway: HTTP sessions are disabled."

New to Reckon Hosted and can't get into the program.  It just opens a new window and shows the following - Gateway: HTTP sessions are disabled.

It might be my firewall, but I'm not sure.

It's driving me nuts.  I tried to call the help line and for a first time caller, I'm not very impressed.  It just said they were busy and told me to come here and then hung up on me.

    Solved my own problem.  Computer was trying to access via a Proxy Server.  Turned this off and all good.
