Cannot log in after giving accountant external access

I set up the accountant with external access yesterday with user id and password. This morning I cannot login. The accountant could get in and so then I disconnected him remotely through the control panel but still cannot get into Reckon Hosted. Rang customer service was told to speak to tech services at a cost and they will have to reset file password and it could take up to 48 hours!!!!!!!

Hi there Jennifer,
What is happening specifically when you try to login? Are you getting an error message? Is this related to the Admin password that has been set on your company file?

Our Mr Fixit came in and just logged in. Not sure what I was doing but I did what I always do every morning.
If this was a company file only shared for the first time, then it would be moved to a shared subfolder....  Perhaps for clarity of tis question today,  is Jennifer sure that she could find the actual file itself for opening,  after which you enter a username and password?  If it was already shared, then totally ignore this reply from me.   Just that sometimes other people ready these forum clues and the subtle differences between files, filenames, where they are located, who are using as a login name.,  if that name is already active at the time .... etc.etc.... all has a bearing on what the next issue might be.
