Cannot log out as administrator

I have administrator rights and cannot now change anything because Reckon says I am still logged in. Need help

Wendy.  After initially logging in to Hosted, instead of clicking on Launch Accounts, have you tried logging in to the Control Panel, going to System Maintenance then Log off remote sessions (bottom left hand side), clearing any active sessions which might show up, then logging out of the Control Panel (top right hand side), closing your browser tab and closing down your browser and starting again?  This usually tends to work.
