Cannot login - the system says I am already logged in but I am not

I had to shut down Crome and when I reopened it and tried to log in again I get the following message: "The attempt to login with the user name Admin failed.  This user is already logged into the company file, try logging in using a different name"

Unfortunately, I do not have another login.  Can anyone help with this?  I definitely disconnected and logged out before I closed Crome.

You need to ring support and get them to log you out.

Before calling support, I'd recommend following the steps listed in this KB article -

The attempt to login with the username ‘Name’ failed. This user is already logged into the company
