Cannot print

We have three company files, two are working fine, one won't let me print Statements. It gets as far as sending them to view in PDF, then the screen stays blank and an error pops up saying the page has become unresponsive & I have to shut everything down. Invoices are printing fine. 

Using Account 2014 R3 & Google Chrome. I need to get these printed and sent out ASAP, tried all day Friday and again this morning, but cannot work out what the problem is.

Hi Nicole,

In that file, create a new statement template (from scratch - NOT a copy of the existing one) and see if it functions as expected.

This will rule out a corrupt template.

ps. Do note make any modifications to the new template before testing.

I hadn't even thought about it being a template problem. That seems to work, thanks! Any idea why the template would be corrupted? It's been working fine until last week.

Hi Nicole, it can be quite a few reasons. Best to just create a new one and delete the old one if you can (or make it inactive if it is the default).
