Cannot register company on Reckon STP mobile app. It is saying the company is already registered.

Hi,
I'm using the Reckon STP mobile app and i am trying to register the company with the ABN of 41162915255.
However when I try to register, it is saying that it has already registered. 

What can i do to be able to registered the company on the mobile app?

Hi James,
I've had a look at this ABN registration in our database and I can see that it was registered to the STP app back in early August which is why its not letting you do it now.

Its under a Gmail email address that is different to the one your Community account is registered to.

Are you aware of anyone else in the business possibly already registering the ABN to get started on STP reporting?
Alternatively, if you think you know the other Gmail email address that was used to register, login to the app with that email address.

Hi, no one else should have registered the ABN. Is there anything I can do?

No worries, I've freed up the ABN registration so you can register it again now.

Hi Rav,
I have the same problem. My bookkeeper downloaded and signed in on the STP mobile app on her device and used our ABN so she could look at what I had to do. She then deleted the app so she thought it was all deleted.
Now when I went to sign up on the app it says my ABN is already registered. Are you able to remove the ABN from her registration so I can use the app. ABN is 75 239 984 677 and the email it is under is leah@candw.com.au . My registration email is brucepicone@gmail.com

Hi Sue,
I've deleted the ABN and incorrect app account now.
Logout of the app, close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then log back in after a couple minutes. You should be able to register the ABN successfully this time around.
