Cannot renew one of our four licenses for Reckon Accounts Hosted.

We have four licenses for Reckon Hosted. Through the control panel I was able to renew and pay for 3 of them. The fourth one will not let me select the checkbox to renew - the box is faded out.  Reckon have not responded to any of my many emails and cant get through on phone. License is due to expire tomorrow.  Any ideas please??

    Have you thought about ringing them on the number which is listed in the email which is probably

    You might be able to pay it over the phone using a credit card.

    Thanks John. I've tried calling numerous times only to be told that they are at capacity and cannot take any more calls. I finally got put in a queue this afternoon
    and after an hour on hold got told that a code had been inputted incorrectly on their end. They've corrected and I was able to renew.
