Cannot use keyboard number pad

I cannot use the keyboard number pad to input numbers, I have to use the numbers on the top of the letters.

Stella, this has been a problem all day, Reckon say its resolved, it isn't I have changed keyboards and done all they suggested and it still is not resolved.

Hi Jo-Anne, my colleague has the same issue. We have tried all sorts of internet explorers and none of those worked. 

Reckon was talking about Caps Lock on the login page. I hope they could look into the keyboard number pad issue too.

HI Stella, check the post "can't get cap locks to works". I have just corresponded with Rav from Reckon advising him the RH number keypad is still not working

I managed to use number pad after pressing the pause button!!

Hi Stella.  I have been using Microsoft Edge today, as a trial, in light of the above issues and have not had any problems.  The keyboard number pad is working perfectly.

Hi John, Thank you I have not tried Edge yet. Maybe try it tomorrow.

Hi Stella.  If you try Edge, you will find that copy and paste does not work the way it does in Chrome.

Hi John, thank you. The number pad works in Edge, but copy and paste function does not work that well.

Hi Stella.  I have switched to Opera today and it seems to be working ok and that includes the copy/paste function.

All my Windows 7 users are having problems with the number pad. It's working like arrow keys instead of typing numbers. This happens in Chrome and Firefox. Edge is not an option for Windows 7.
