Can't add staff

Hi, I've just signed up for a free trial. I can't add any other staff memebers - it prompts me for the email and then says can't find staff when I try and add them.

Your staff will need to create Reckon One accounts (though they don't need to start a trial) before you can add them to your own trial. For more detail, see the short video here:
