can't change invoice template stuck in thinking mode

Hi I am using Reckon One and don't seem to be able to alter my invoice templates, system keeps getting stuck in thinking mode.  I have tried it on 2 different browsers and at 2 different locations and still cannot get in to do changes.  Anyone else had this problem and found a solution please.  Thanks Jodie
