Can't connect securely to this page because unsafe TLS security settings

Hi, i was in the middle of a session and the connection was lost all of a sudden.  a message appeared on screen

"Can't connect securely to this page, this might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings". 

Has anyone had this problem?  Should I be concerned?

    Hi Rav,

    Yes no problem today, so far.  It took several attempts yesterday to re connect, taking about more than 90 minutes before it was resolved.

    i also received another message on screen a few times over the past 3 months when login to company file

    "Warning: Your list of user names and passwords appears to have been tampered with, or has become damaged"

    I tried calling technical support several times but was unable to get through on each occassion. 

    I don't feel comfortable about this warning and what happened yesterday.

    What should I do?
