Can't display Help content properly while trying to learn "How to setup inventory tracking" on Reckon Accounts.

Hi, we are recently trying to use Reckon to manage our inventory. When we open the Help window on Reckons Accounts and search for this topic, contents were either not shown or displayed properly after clicking the "+" button (see attached). We also tried to find relevant Help documents regarding this topic on the official website, but couldn't find anything. Thus, we still don't know how to setup the inventory tracking in our system. Can anyone else advise what we can do now? Thanks in advanced.

Thanks for raising this, just tested it out and am getting the same behaviour. I'll ask the team to look into that.

While I can copy the details from the Help Menu to give you, there's a really good write up from Shaz one of our awesome Accredited Partners on a previous thread which potentially might be of more value. Check it out HERE

Just an FYI on this Help content display issue .... It's not just limited to Hosted - I'm experiencing for a while it in desktop too .... (possibly only since the 2018 R2 release ?)
