I am unable to email from Reckon Accounts Accounting. It will not save the file as a PDF file. I used to have only Windows Live Mail which I realise it will not work with, but I have just upgraded to Outlook, and still no luck!!

What is the error message which you are getting1
-
When I select send invoice - "QuickBooks could not save your form as a pdf file". I've checked the QuickBooks pdf converter in my printers and it comes up with an error code 30 - printer not activated. Not sure how to activate it.

Hi Melanie,
You can try this also:

I have managed to get this fixed for my clients, so if you would like me to remotely login to your computer and fix this for you feel free to send me an email directly.
Kind regards,
