Ok, so, a known issue. I've tried the various fixes floating around but to no avail. Does anyone know how to get the Reckon Accounts v5 / Amyuni PDF converter working? Since updating to Reckon Accounts 2018 I get the dreaded "Printer Not Activated - Error Code -60". I've uninstalled, deleted wpr.ini, deleted qbprint.qbp, reinstalled etc...

Hi Andy,

I know this article refers to the 2016 edition however I'd recommend checking out the steps listed and see if it could apply in your case -

Hi Andy

Two more steps I normally try:

open task manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) > Details Tab > click splwow64.exe > End Task
edit qbw.ini in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit and add these lines at the bottom

[DEBUGGING]
SIMPLEMAPI=1

Restart Reckon and test TWICE (sometimes, the first time doesn't work after reinstalling Amyuni PDF.

Sometimes this works for me, sometimes doesn't.

If it doesn't, set up a gmail account, change the settings so it looks like it was send from your regular email and the reply to address is your regular email.

Fingers crossed.
