can't install reckon premier 2015 on windows 10

I can't reload my 2015 Reckon Premier on windows 10. It comes up with Error 1920.service Quickbooks Database Manager Service (QBCFMonitorService) failed to start.
I have had it running on this computer and had to uninstall it recently. Now it won't reload. Please help!!
