Cant lodge PLS Returns that were started as ELS and automatically converted to SBR by ELITE

I can't lodge 2017 individual Tax Returns that were started as ELS and Elite has converted to SBR since PLS lodgement became mandatory. The error message is "You do not have the correct permission for this action" but I can lodge Company and Trust Returns that were started as SBR Returns so it must be something to do with the automatic conversion by Elite. I have phoned and emailed Elite with no response for 2 weeks now. I don't want to have to delete the jobs and re-enter as SBR. Anyone with any ideas?

Phone the marketing people and then you will get action. It worked for me.

Whenever you have a problem like Reckon or Telstra get on to the sales people every time. They really know how to kick RS.
