Can't log in

I can't log in. It is telling me that someone else is logged in. But they are not. It froze in the middle of trying to email a report and now I can't get back in.

Check out this KB article, it should help resolving this -

The attempt to login with the username ‘Name’ failed. This user is already logged into the company
