Cant log in

Im trying to follow the upgrade advice for upgrading Reckon Hosted to 2019 edition but when I try to log in i get the message ' The attempt to log in with the username 'Michelle' failed. This user is already logged into the company file. If possible, try using a different username'. Any Ideas ??

    Hi Michelle.  I suggest that you go to the initial Reckon login and login, then click on the Control Panel button, then go to log off remote user (bottom left hand side) and follow the prompt to log off the active session.  (This possibly happened because the previous session was not shut down properly).  The logout of the control panel (top right hand corner), close the browser tab, then close the browser and try again.
