can't log in anymore

I can no longer log in to the STP app and don't know what to do.Tried calling a few times but no help at all, one guy confirmed my email on file and it's the same one i'm using.I am going forgotten password then forgotten details and inputting the email I have had confirmed on the phone but a message comes up saying email not known.Since this I have tried resubscribing but as soon as you put the business details in it knows you have previously registered and brings up the log in window that I can't get to work.Also tried a paid version but only two employees and it's not suitable so how am I supposed to report sales ??
