Can't log in despite logging off all user via Control Panel

Hi. We have been trying to login to Reckon Hosted all afternoon. We are trying to log into the
admin user but keep getting message that the user is logged in despite Logging him off via the Control Panel and logging out correctly but nothing we try is working. I have tried logging into our other user name but it seems that the
admin user is in single user mode, so we can't access Reckon Hosted through either users. Please help

when you try to go back in - you need to use the same user (admin) ... usually if there is a failed shutdown like this - it will reset after a period of time - have you been able to get back in now? have you restarted the computer you are using?
