I have the same problem and after writing to support by email, there was no reply. It has been 48 hours since my last communication with Reckon. They have very poor technical support service.
Thanks Rav, I usually use Chrome but had the same result on Edge & Firefox. Funnily enough, it has now sorted itself out, but will take your advice. Cheers Graham
I have tried using Safari and it works. However, even after I clear the cache for Chrome, the problem still exists. So, I don't know if the problem is browser related or otherwise.

Does this issue occur if you try logging into Hosted on another browser as a test?
Which browser are you currently using?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, close the browser and then retry. Does it work?
