can't log in R3

i cannot log in today, into R3,  tried chrome and safari, cleared my browser history. Restarted computer. Anyone else having an issue?

I'm sorry for the problem you are experiencing.  There is a problem with Hosted logins this morning and our IT Team is investigating right now.

What's new John? here we go again! EVERY TIME MATE! this shit never ends with you lot. You clearly have no idea of the time lost to businesses or the problem within your IT dept (there has to be one) would've been rectified. We have to look at any legal options we can take as we are not getting what we damn well pay for. I'm sick of making excuses to my customers, they're all certainly familiar with Reckons continuous reliability issues that's for sure.

Yes, agree, try explaining that to the business owner!  This is the second out of service issue in my first month with current employer, very embarresing as they have just moved to Reckon from MYOB so never had these issue before and do not believe that they exist!  So much for our credibility as professional accountants/bookkeepers/office managers.

Here we go AGAIN - Why does RECKON need to fiddle with the system everytime there is month end and invoices have to be generated It is absolutely blooming unbelievable

Hi,
Why would you do this upgrade on the 1st of the month! Seriously Reckon this is ridiculous timing for getting invoices out and timesheets in for month end.
And now for the rest of the day I will be on the end of irate employees!!
Not happy at all.

John i have to agree with others who have commented, these continual login issues we had hoped would go away with the launch of the new platform. If Reckon Accounts cannot resolve these issues we will be investigating other packages as the cost to our business is just too high. I have staff unable to do their jobs today.
