Cant log into reckon

Is anyone else having problems with reckon hosted today. Mine just froze. I went to log back in and it says I am already logged in. when this happens I normally log into the control panel log off remote users and its fine.  I tried this and first it bought up a yellow screen with lots of codes then I tried again and the wheel keeps spinning and it wont log off remote  users. I tried then logging in as admin to our file but because I was in single user it wont let me in. I have been trying for ages now and getting rather frustrated..

    same issue here, when we try to log out of remote sessions it tell s us it is undefined. Not sure what's going on but it is very frustrating.
