can't log on STP

I installed STP app, registered with the ATO and have done 2 successful pay runs and submissions for 4 employees.
Now, I logged on successfully and found my company but no employees to be seen so
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. 
Now tried to log in using the correct email address and password but the app stops at a white screen with a rotating green line in the centre. Will not go further than that.
Uninstalled and installed the app a few times with no result beyond the white screen after login.

Hi Phil,
Are you using the Android version of the app or iOS?

If its the Android version, can you try the following;
Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps > Go into your Phone Settings > Apps > Reckon STP > Storage > Clear Data

Restart your phone and then open the app again & login.

Are you able to login successfully now?
