Greg.

For no other reason than to give you a comparison - I'm logging in fine to HOSTED v2,  and fast from The Basin VIC on a fairly slow link of 4000/700..

Assumption- All other browsing, internet, comms links and LAN based activity is not preventing you from seeing things like this forum for instance?  (Which I'll assume you wrote too, with te SAME machine that you are flagging the issue about....)  YES?

So:  try a cleaned CACHE (clean out all browser history) to ensure you are logging in with no prior saved/stored passwords.

Start to tell us a little of your environment... Are you MAC, Windows, Linus, Android, or iPAD or what?
What version s the operating system?
What BROWSER are you running?  Safari, Firefox, MS Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Iceweasel?  And what version?
Did any of those versions get auto-up[dated or change since Friday?
Check that none of the NOTES in our cross-reference article throw any light on the your particular setup.   See:  http://www.alchester.com.au/reckon-installation-specifications-overview/  for some tips, particularly is using tablets of iPHONEs for instance.

G'day Gary
Yes, same machine, everything was working fine Friday night, not so Saturday. Nothing was changed overnight. No updates etc. Was using Windows 8.1, updated to 10 today, but problem existed before update. Have tried uninstalling chrome and reinstalling, cleared cache etc. rebooted computer, tried all possible combinations of password. Tried a laptop also running windows 10, same result. Tried Firefox, same result. Latest versions of Chrome & Firefox. Will read your notes for some tips.

No luck with your tips Gary
Greg - sorry no help.  Win10, can't comment.   So - is this logged problem today, a win10 issue?   You imply you 'had' the issue before going to Win 10.   The point is,   were all the tests that I suggested, performed on Win10 or Win 8.1?    (today)?

Hi Greg, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you please give our tech support team a call to look into your profile if you're still having trouble getting in to Hosted.

Thanks for your reply Mirko
Have rung support. They are resetting password, just waiting to hear back from them with new password. Is there a support number I can call on weekends without paying $4.92 per minute?
Regards
Greg
Greg.   I've tried to compile a complete list of the various support services myself.  There are some services like HOSTED that get answered on some out-of-business hours times, and of course there is this community forum of passionate responders!   See this list of choices of support I've compiled:
