Can't paste to password field?

Currently trialing hosted.

Why on earth has paste into the password field been disabled?
Is there some setting I can change to enable pasting values into this
This is absolutely infuriating

    Take it from me Eloise, you do not want to do this.  Reckon passwords are encrypted and copying only allows an unknown encrypted password to be used.  One day I got lazy and decided to copy my password instead of re-entering it and it cost me more that $300 to get the password removed.  I learnt my lesson very quickly.

    More and more applications are doing this now - its the world we live in where security is very important and trying to protect clients data is paramount.
