Everytime I create a bill, Reckon prompts a warning stating "Reckon must be shut down". However, when I open another entity and create a bill, everything seems to be working just fine.

    Hi Tonette,
It looks as though there's a corrupt bill which needs some attention. Which Reckon software are you using?

Can you please perform a Verify & Rebuild in the first instance and follow up on any errors that are presented. The below link is info on how to perform this in Reckon Accounts Business (desktop). If you're using a different Reckon software, please let me know.

Not a problem, the process is relatively the same with just a couple of small differences. I'll add the link for Hosted below -
