Can't restore a back-up of reckon hosted to enterprise

I have done the 2018 reckon hosted update today. I went to restore the backup to enterprise but was unable to as it's an older version. It also states in enterprise that my licence is only valid until 9th July, however I only purchased hosted in October 2017. Will I have to pay to renew enterprise? I was under the impression enterprise was complimentary with hosted, and that while I have hosted, I will have enterprise too.

Also, how do I get the 2018 tax updates for enterprise? Should I have received an email with a link?

Cecilia.  You should be able to go to www.reckon.com and log into the members area.  There you should be able to see the Reckon Accounts Business Range 2018.  There you will find the R1 version which I am currently downloading.  It seems that the R1 version must be installed and activated before you are able to gain access to the R2 version.  I will know for sure later on tonight but that is what I believe will be the necessary steps.

Thanks John. I was only seeing the 2017 Range in the members site, so I contacted customer support. They resolved the issue from their end, and emailed me the link. All sorted now. Thanks again

Cecilia.  If you have problems with the Tax Update, I have found that it does not show up in the members area for some reason.  After spending time with Support tonight, I now know where to go to get it.  I am raising a query as to why it is not yet showing up in the downloads area on the members site.
