Having trouble sending invoices in Reckon Accounts Accounting 2013.
Get the error: Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy.

Have gone through all the steps, http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Articles/SLN40796

Using Windows Live Mail as the standard e-mail program.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Went through the steps but sadly with no luck.
Made sure anti-virus isn't blocking it.

Sometimes it work though, around 1 in 6 reboots.

Hey Alex, just noticed you mentioned you use Windows Live Mail, Reckon Accounts only supports Microsoft Outlook. Apologies for my oversight. You can try to make some changes by following the notes from Hoang in this thread>>. Please make copies of any files you are altering before attempting any modifications, in case of any adverse affects.

Selected Windows Live Mail, as default program in:Windows Control Panel > Select View By Category View > Programs > Default Programs > Set your default programs

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QBW.ini
    - Added at the bottom:
    [DEBUGGING]
    SIMPLEMAPI=1

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clients\Mail
    - Edited (Default) string to the text: Windows Live Mail

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail
    - Edited (Default) string to the text: Windows Live Mail

Not sure whether the following helped, didn't have time to test further.
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Security
    PromptSimpleMAPISend
    PromptSimpleMAPINameResolve
    PromptSimpleMAPIOpenMessage
    - Added 3 DWORDS each with a value of 2
