Can't backup all data files

I'm using reckon 2012-2013 and would like to backup all data. However, the is message as below and can't back up yet. Could you advise me how to fix? " The comany file cannot be closed at this time because there is another application which is using it. Before you can close company file, you must either close that application or instruct the application to its end session with Quickbooks" But it looks no files are opend.

    Hi Akiko,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Please go the task manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Task Manager.

    Under the Processes tab, look for google desktop > highlight it and select end task.

    If you're using any third party application that integrate with Reckon, please close it down as well.

    Now try to do a backup and let me know how you go.
