Can't log in. Doesn't get past "please select a username".

Can't log in. Using Chrome on Windows 7, doesn't past "please select a username". Appears to accept/process the username selected but returns to the same window.

Can you also try using another browser?

Andrew, Yes. Just retried using original userid and p'word. Now says Unknown username or password. Forgotten username feature doesn't appear to work. Ian

Dear Andrew.
You are being bombarded right now, and from our end, the users end this is justifiably so.
You guys have probably got headaches.
I too now have a headache, customers orders waiting to be processed and can't get past the "Green Launch" tab.
It seems everyone on this community is saying the "SAME" thing.
We all click on the 'Green Launch" tab, we go to a new screen opening and all end up with a black screen then a notice that says "CONNECTION CLOSED"!!!!0 -
BTW absolutely no ph support today???? Hence my post here.
