Can't xfer AR balances, transferred at end of day but they are not showing on POS?

I have installed Reckon Accounts 2013 , POS admin & POS terminal, started a new data file. Old one was not performing optimally. We have managed to get stock on, customer lists & supplier lists after some issues. Did a journal in Accounts to bring in AR balances, transferred at end of day but they are not showing on POS?

    Hi Leanne,

    Thank you for your post in our community.

    I have replicated it here and seems to be working fine for me.
    1. Created a Journal Entry



    2. See Customer Center Balance:



    3. Open Balance Report:


    4. Transferred in POS Admin (ensure you tick on "Transfer Customer Balances"):



    5. When the process completed, had a look at both Admin and Terminal and it brought in the balance. (Below screenshot is from Terminal 2014)

    Please see how it goes for you and find out if there's anything different that I have done than you.
