Can't xfer AR balances, transferred at end of day but they are not showing on POS?

I have installed Reckon Accounts 2013 , POS admin & POS terminal, started a new data file. Old one was not performing optimally. We have managed to get stock on, customer lists & supplier lists after some issues. Did a journal in Accounts to bring in AR balances, transferred at end of day but they are not showing on POS?

Thank you for your post in our community.
I have replicated it here and seems to be working fine for me.- Created a Journal Entry
- See Customer Center Balance:
- Open Balance Report:
- Transferred in POS Admin (ensure you tick on "Transfer Customer Balances"):
- When the process completed, had a look at both Admin and Terminal and it brought in the balance. (Below screenshot is from Terminal 2014)
