Hi Rachel,
Have you registered an incorrect ABN to your app account?

If so, what is the current (incorrect) ABN that has been entered into your app account?
Have there been any submissions sent to the ATO as yet?

I am confused about where to reply. We were using our email account, not reckon because we received your response there. Can you confirm where to reply for the future?
The old and incorrect abn entered was 82210238760.
Our current abn, the correct one needed on record is 90190280774.
One submission was made on 20 Dec 2019.

Hi Rachel, you can reply right here on this post just as you have above.

I've deleted the incorrect ABN from your app account. If you are still logged in to your account, please logout using the 'Logout' option in the Setting section of the app.
Once that is done, close the app in full ie. swipe it away from the running apps on your phone.

Open it back up and login. The app will ask you to register a new ABN and at this point you can enter your correct ABN.
