Change Single Touch Payroll reporting from Advisor to Business Owner

I have been lodging STP reports as an Advisor on behalf of a client. They wanted to start lodging it themselves so I "shared" the GovConnect  tile with them. This was probably incorrect as it would still be lodging with the Advisor declaration.

When they went to process the STP report it said to contact the ATO to advise of their software ID which they did. This was a different ID to the one I had already added in Access Manager.

Then when they tried to send the STP file there was a message in GovConnect saying "No Data Received". I looked into it and noticed that there were two GovConnect subscriptions. The one I "Shared" and another one. The STP file had been sent to the one that I shared.

How do we get the STP file to send to their own GovConnect subscription/Software ID? Do I need to remove them from my own GovConnect account and Access Manager or just "unshare" them. At the moment they can still lodge through the shared account so I don't want them to lose all ability to lodge.
