Changes to the Reckon Accounts Hosted login process

Hi Everyone,

This afternoon we will be deploying a mandatory change to the Reckon Accounts Hosted login procedure that will see users forced to reset their password after five incorrect logins in a row.

An email will be going out to all users explaining the changes.  Briefly, these changes are a requirement of the ATO's new Cloud software authentication and approval process that replaces the use of the AUSkey on cloud services.

If you are locked out of your profile you just need to follow the existing procedure for resetting a password and your account will become unlocked.

BAS Lodgements and EmpDupe files can no longer be submitted using an AUSkey.  If you have not already done so you must switch to using a Software ID for your submissions.  Please see this guide to obtain your Software ID and register it with the ATO. 

The AUSkey is your personal data so Reckon will not be removing it off the Hosted system, so if you have not already done so, remove your AUSkey.
