Through Point of Sale Lite (Terminal) if a customer goes over their set limit it comes up with a Warning Screen, stating the Charged Amount will exceed customer credit limit. It also states "Press OK to continue or Cancel to cancel the charge. Is there a way to remove the option to press Ok. I just dont want it to come up, if there isnt enough in the account I dont want an option to still charge to come up.

Hi Tash, That would be a no I'm afraid. The feature simply acts as a warning for employees and gives them the option to act accordingly. So really it's all down to the individual staff member to click cancel or potentially face repercussions from the store owner if they fail to do the correct thing. It is a good idea for a feature request though, could you please put it through the make suggestions option from the help dropdown menu so that the developers can review it. Kind regards, Chris

Hey Kevin, My thoughts would be an ideal situation would be an improved security feature that would simply state "customer has exceed their credit limit, you are unable to proceed with the transaction using the charge function, please seek immediate payment for good via cash or card" But that's just my thinking, how would you handle it? Regards, Chris
