Cannot open Reckon Accounting 2014

I am using Reckon Accounting 2014. My computer had a virus which has now been fixed but I cannot get into my Reckon Accounts

    Are you receiving a specific error message?
    Are you unable to open the program itself or if not, can you let us know where in the process it's failing?
