Clear advice on how to adjust Payroll that has been completed?

Hi All, 

Hope you are all staying safe and well. I have a question pertaining to payroll already completed and uploaded to STP. I have searched and havent found clear direction on this.

How do I advise STP of the start date on 30/3 when I have already completed two to three weekly payrolls. My understanding is that we need to add Jobkeeper- Start -FNXX but how do we do this with payroll already completed and uploaded

Hi Aaron,
You need to go back to your Reckon accounting software and edit those first payruns with the correct JobKeeper pay items and then run a STP update event and send it through. Its important you do this as the ATO needs to know when you first started making JobKeeper payments.

Hi Rav. I tried to follow these instructions but the Updated file comes back with an error message - 
Do we definitely upload as an UPDATE. We use Reckon Hosted

Thanks Rav! We use hosted. 
It doesnt also advise whether we need to apply JobKeeper-Topup for employees we are still paying over the 750 threshold? Do we just not add that code in for those people?
