CLIENT CANT SEE INVICE

I have just recently started using invoice module when i email invoice to client and they click on pay invoce it come up with invoice not available. How can i rectify this so client can pay

Are you aware if this occurs on all invoices you send out or just a certain client(s)?

I have only sent 2 andvtjis is first invoice customer wants to pay online.
