Clipboard painfully slowing down work for copy and paste

We used to be able to copy and paste within Reckon Hosted without the clipboard popping up and now it appears every time?  This is extremely annoying and time wasting, in the days of being efficient in the workplace it appears that Reckon do not think it is important.

Hi Kerrie.  I had the same thing happen to me late on Monday for the first time ever, just before finishing for the day.  This occurred after I had been doing some testing using the clipboard.  It seemed like the clipboard was not being refreshed and there did not seem to be a way to clear what was there at the time.  I have just done some testing again now and thankfully the problem is not there today (at the moment).  I know that this might not necessarily help you, but it might give somebody a clue as to what is going wrong.

Having the same problem.  Would be good to get an answer how to fix this.

Still happening with our file but only with the admin sign in and it doesn't matter if it is in single or multi user mode.  It is extremely frustrating that Reckon haven't fixed it or don't look like fixing it.

Yes Kerrie, it is still happening with me too.  Two different computers and working on two different company files, each running Windows 10. In both instances, I am also logged in as the administrator.  I agree, that it is a painful and annoying experience.  BUT - I decided to do some testing and found that this problem appears to be isolated to using the Google Chrome browser as it does not happen with either Firefox or Opera.  Looks like I will be using Opera now until somebody finds what is causing this issue.

Thank you John, haven't tried it as yet but both our computers are using Chrome but it only affects the admin log in?????  It's rather sad that Reckon has not bothered to explain or look into this and to top it off this morning it appears that our logo has disappeared off all our forms overnight!  This is getting beyond rediculous on how much time I am spending on fixes, I would rather be home with my family!

Kerrie.  I have spoken with another colleague in another division who had the same problem using Edge, but seems to be ok using Internet Explorer - I didn't test these last night.
Today I am experiencing problems with a horribly slow Hosted using Opera, but I cannot even get to Reckon using Chrome.  About to re-boot to see what that does overall.

This has been an intermittent issue for me, Mon-Wed this week I had the time wasting clip board.  Yesterday was great, the normal copy and paste but today that clip board has re-appeared. John - I am using Google Chrome too.

Kylie.  Whilst I am somewhat reluctant to recommend a Microsoft product, I have "temporarily" moved from Chrome to Internet Explorer and things seem to be going well with no clipboard issue.  Another "significant" advantage is the fact that long-time known shortcuts from the "old" days actually work here too.
