Coles Credit card transactions not being automatically loaded

I have got a Coles credit card and I set it up to get automatic downloads. All was working until 11 December 2015 and I have had nothing since. My login details have not changed and I am getting nowhere with the email support. That's 2 months now. It's the account that most of my transactions go through so it's a major problem. I see that Coles Mastercard is still listed as a Yodlee account. What is going on ?

    A member of our BankData team has tried to give you a call today in relation to this issue.

    They weren't able to reach you this morning but if you could give the team a call back on the contact number left on the Voicemail message or email sent today that would be great.
