Hi everyone,

As I'm sure you've already found the Reckon Community forum is currently experiencing access issues. This has been caused due to a database issue with our forum provider. The problem is being worked on at the highest priority and we hope to be back up and running shortly.

There has been a brief period of uptime which has allowed me to post this however full functionality is not yet available.

Good to see you back on the air.   

For the record, the forum service provider is involved iquite a lot of forums around the world, and there seems to have been an overall database iss at their end on this occasion.   It was affecting one of the CRM forums I also deal with daily.    (refer: https://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfaction/topics/get-satisfaction-continued-platform-outage)

It is interesting to note that a number of WordPress related sites around the world are also being affected by something, and we are busy presently resolving that aspect.  It is possible all thiese events are inter-related.

Cheers Gary, looking a lot better now. Still not 100% but most front end functionality has returned which is great :)
