Company Details Disapeared

Using Reckon for Cloud via my Mobile. Created Company details and processed a Pay Run a week ago. Now when I log back in the company shows as 'TBC'. Can't find any information.
Apart from this issue, I've found the software to be extremely easy to set up and use. Any help greatly appreciated?

    Hey Sean,
    Are you seeing the 'TBC TBC' appearing in the 'Contact Name' field?

    If so, and I know this is going to sound a bit long winded but can you try the following;
    Add in your name in the fields and save it > Logout of the app > Log back in and go into Company > You may notice it says TBC again. Edit it one more time to your name in both fields and then Save.

    This should do the trick but if you're seeing the 'TBC' in some other area other than the Contact Name field let me know.

    Hi Rav and thanks for the response. I get 'TBC TBC Company' in the company name. Hence no details at all. When I first log in it asks me if I want to start a 30 day free trial or open demo book (as if I haven't logged in previously).

    Sorry Sean, I think I'm getting my wires crossed.
    It sounds like you're using the micro-business STP app but from what you've described above you're logging into the Reckon Portal from this webpage here. Does that sound about right?

    If you're using the STP app, you need to use the app itself on your phone rather than logging in from the browser.

    Rav, Yes I am using the Reckon STP app on my mobile. I entered company details and submitted payroll details via this app. Then today tried to login via the same app and received the TBC TBC issue. I only tried the Reckon portal webpage afterwards as a test to check if it was different.

    I think I may have figured it out. I am opening the app, then pressed the 'Forgot Password', I think I am then taken to the Reckon portal login where I am pressing the 'Log in with Google' option and probably being taken to the portal rather than Reckon STP App. Does that sound right? If so, then I just need to figure out how to reset STP app password.
