Company details Reckon STP

Hi,
I have registered our small company business trust (the operating entity) with the ATO on Reckon STP, and have added a few payments. Now, I must have logged in weirdly and the trustee company (PTY LTD) details and ABN come up.
I can't get it back to the trust details. How do I do this?

Arc Architects Trust - ABN 44049715457
Arc Architects Pty Ltd - ABN 42076012336

The trust is the entity and I have registered with the ATO and I have logged in a few payments to our staff member under this entity.
Now the Pty Ltd company appears when I access the app.

 Please delete and return to the trust. I have made no payments via the Pty Ltd company.

I've had a look at things on our end and there are a few things happening here which I'll need to run by you and get some further info from you to get things on the right track.

Ok, so first things first -
ABN 44049715457 has actually been registered twice in the STP app under different branch numbers and email addresses, although these look to be erroneous but I'll need you to confirm.

44049715457 is under narnstrong@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx email address
There have been two pay events sent to the ATO for this ABN under this account.

44049715457 (branch number 501316) is under marnstrong@Sxxxxxxxxxxxx.com.au email address. There have been no pay runs sent for this ABN & branch number to the ATO as yet.

Now for the other ABN..
42076012336 is under the same email address as what you've used for your Reckon Community account and looks to be your correct email address, is that correct?

So just to confirm, you need to lodge STP submissions for ABN 44049715457 which is the trust rather than the Ltd company but we need to straighten out the accounts/email addresses that are assigned to them in the app, correct?

Cool thanks for that. Ok, this should pretty much be sorted out now.
You'll need to make sure you logged out of any accounts in the app (Settings > Logout) and then close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

Give it a couple of minutes and then open it back up and login with your correct email address ie. marmstrong@arcarchitects.com.au
This time it should take you to the account for ABN 44049715457.

There's a chance you may need to reset the password but try logging in first and see how you go.

 Now , Just one minor thing to totally sort me out.
 My company details have my email as narnstrong@arcarchitects.com.au, and can't be edited by me.
Can you please correct it to marmstrong@arcarchitects.com.au and I will work on my chubby fingers hitting the correct keys.

Hmmm I see what you mean, it looks like I'm not able to update that part of the account either. Let me ask our app devs about it and see how we can change that, I'll come back to you on this one.
